Step 1: Visit the Official Website

Step 3: Find the Correct Notification
Click on the link that reads “Recruitment for Non-Executive Posts – Advt. No. CC/01/2026.”

Selection Process and Examination Phases/PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2026

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
This is the primary written examination conducted online. It is a multiple-choice question (MCQ) based test. All eligible candidates must appear for the CBT
Stage 2: Computer Skill Test / Trade Test (Qualifying)
For Diploma Trainees (Electrical/Civil/Survey): No separate skill test for DT Electrical & Civil as per latest norms; however, CBT is the main selection.
For Junior Officer Trainee (HR & F&A): A Computer Skill Test will be administered. This is qualifying in nature (only needs to be passed; marks won’t affect ranking).
For Junior Technician Trainee (Survey): A Trade Test will be conducted to test practical skills.
Stage 3: Document Verification
Candidates who qualify in the CBT (and Skill/Trade Test, if applicable) will be called for document verification. All original certificates and caste/disability certificates will be checked
Stage 4: Medical Examination
The final hurdle is a comprehensive medical examination as per PGCIL standards. Candidates must be medically fit to be offered the appointment
