Step 2: Register as a New User
Click on the “Guest Faculty Registration” for new applicants.
Enter basic details such as your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email ID.
An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP for verification.
Create a user ID and password for future logins.
Step 3: Complete e-KYC Verification
The process requires an electronic Know Your Customer (e-KYC) verification to confirm your identity. Be ready with your Aadhaar card for this purpose.
Step 4: Fill in Application Form Details
Now, fill out the detailed online application form with accurate information. The sections include:
Personal Details: Full name, father’s/mother’s name, date of birth, gender, category, differently-abled status (if applicable).
Address Details: Provide both permanent and correspondence addresses.
Educational Qualification: Enter all details from class 10th onwards, including graduation, post-graduation (if applicable), B.Ed./D.El.Ed., and MPTET scores.
Experience: If you have previous teaching experience (especially as a guest teacher in MP government schools), enter it accurately. Experienced candidates will get priority in merit.
School / District Preferences: Select your preferred districts, blocks, or schools where you would like to be posted. This is an important factor for allocation.

Selection Process and Examination Phases/MP Guest Teacher Recruitment 2026

Phase 1: Online Registration and Document Upload
Candidates complete the online registration on the GFMS portal and upload all necessary educational, professional, and TET documents
Phase 2: Document Verification by Cluster Principals
Once the documents are uploaded, they are verified by the Cluster Principals of the respective school clusters between 4th and 11th May 2026. In this phase, the authenticity of your documents is checked
Phase 3: Score Card and Merit List Generation
After verification, a score card is generated automatically by the system based on your academic scores, TET qualification, and professional qualifications (B.Ed./D.El.Ed.). The score calculation is done based on a defined formula by the DPI.
A merit list is thereafter prepared for each subject, school level, and district. The merit list is based on the final score generated by the portal
Phase 4: Counselling and Allotment
Candidates who make it to the merit list are called for counseling. During counseling, you will be allotted a school based on your district preference and subject requirement.
Phase 5: Medical Examination
After final selection and document verification, selected candidates may be required to undergo a medical examination as per the rules of the Education Department before receiving their appointment letter
