Educational Qualification/MP Assistant Prosecution Officer 2026

Qualification: 
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a university recognized by the Bar Council of India.

Indian Evidence Act / Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA) 2023: Types of evidence, burden of proof, relevancy of facts, and examination of witnesses.
Special & Local Laws: This is a key differentiator for this exam. You must study acts like the MP Excise Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, NDPS Act, Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, etc
